Our Approach

29+ Years ofTransformation

Over the past 29 years, our programs have continued to grow and evolve, reaching more than 80,000 women across Rwanda with the skills, knowledge, and support to create lasting change in their lives.

To ensure that this impact continues beyond the program, we have established graduate networks across the sectors and districts where we currently work. These networks help women stay connected, support one another and continue contributing to their communities.

Recognising that lasting change also requires the involvement of men, we introduced the Men's Engagement Program (MEP) to challenge harmful gender norms, promote healthier relationships and address gender inequality and gender-based violence.
